The Rotocut S has been proven time and time again as the most productive
sheeter in the world.
The Rotocut S is destined to run in line with a web offset printing machine
and to cut a web (folded or unfolded) into sheets and to collect the (unfolded)
sheets in a pile.
This sheeter enables the delivery of cut sheets at maximum printing speed
of 9.1 m/s. The sheets are then delivered in a closely shingled form,
i.e. very slowly, which allow sample sheets to be removed quite easily.
Its vacuum delivery system and air flotation principals deliver cut sheets
without any marking and distribute them into a brick like pile throughout
every press run.
The Rotocut S is equipped with two (2) variably speed driven infeed rollers
with four (4) air loaded nip wheels each and a manual linear compensator
and the top mounted cutter head is equipped with either one (1) or two
(2) embedded hardened knives.
The running speeds of the Rotocut S are consistent with most press lines
and it eliminates the need to slow the press to satisfy the sheeter in
almost every case."

Rotocut HS Sheeter
A speed of 70,000 impressions per hour was demonstrated with consistency and accuracy, and constantly runs at a maximum speed of 12.25 m/s.
The Rotocut HS is servo driven incorporating its own print-to-cut register system.
Pile changes are also completed with ease using its pile interrupt automatic roller table, which ultimately minimizes waste during these pile changes at full press speed.
