Pattern Gluer

The ILG Pattern Glue Unit with the anilox transfer cylinder applies glue or coating to the top of the web in any pattern. This Pattern Glue/Coater Unit consists of a three (3) roller transfer arrangement to apply the adhesive glue, scratch off micro-fragrances, burst open fragrances, and varnish coatings, wet-in-wet in front of the dryer.

Even at high press speeds, no slinging occurs because of the especially designed and chilled transfer of the anilox rollers guaranteeing an optimal viscosity.

The moistening device at the counter-pressure cylinder avoids marking of the freshly printed ink and the treatment of all of the components in the web area avoids oxidation.

The application to the web is possible in full width or in segmented form.

The optional high quality drive technique by DC or servo drive allow for an independent and flexible installation into your printing press.
